What’s the difference between our cake pops and cake bites?

Cake pops are like little cakes on a stick! 🎉 We crumble fully baked cake, mix it with frosting for a dough-like texture, then shape, dip in chocolate, and pop it on a stick. Cake bites? Same deliciousness, just without the stick. Both come in a variety of flavors and are perfect for any celebration—weddings, birthdays, you name it! 🎂

How long in advance can I place an order?

Accepted Answer

2-3 weeks is ideal.

However, larger quantity requests of at least 7-10 DOZEN, and depending on detail (corporate, events, weddings, etc.) need to be booked at least 2 months or more in advance (rush fees may apply for accommodations, especially during peak seasons) to adjust the calendar for smaller local orders accordingly.

Since I make all cakes to order, I would like to make sure I have ample time to bake and focus on designing your request. Some orders may require special ordered supplies.

If for some reason you need a last-minute order, I will try my best to work with you, there will be a rush fee.

Question 4

Do you make vegan, gluten, and/or nut-free cake pops?

Accepted Answer

These can be made to order, please ask for additional details. There are limited flavors for these options. Nevertheless, since I sometimes use nuts to bake I cannot provide a 100% guarantee they are hypoallergenic. So you consume at your own risk.

Question 5

Do I need to refrigerate my cake pops?

Accepted Answer

Refrigeration is not necessary. Once the cake pop has been dipped, the cake is considered sealed by the outer candy layer for freshness. The cake is fully cooked and includes shelf-stable ingredients. However, refrigeration may prolong the shelf life for a few more days and prevent excess moisture inside of the cake pops, especially when they are made with a cake that contains fruit.

Unless sealed in an air-tight container, refrigeration could cause condensation and ruin the integrity of your cake pops.

Store them at room temperature in a cool, dry place, avoiding humidity, unless we provide you specific instructions upon releasing your order.

DO NOT DISPLAY THE CAKE POPS IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT, NEAR HEAT, OR FOR PROLONGED PERIODS OF TIME OUTDOORS.

How long will your cake pops stay fresh and yummy?

Accepted Answer

Our cake pops are freshly made and taste best within 5 days of receiving them. While they can last up to 7 days without refrigeration, we recommend indulging sooner for the ultimate flavor experience. 🍭 (Psst... if they contain fruit, they might get a bit moist inside the candy coating—so enjoy responsibly after day 7!)

Can I order less than a dozen cakepops?

Accepted Answer

Cakepops are sold ONLY by the dozen (12+ per order) due to the sizes of the cake batches, as well as the kreative prep and labor involved.

How can you get your hands on our delicious treats?

Getting your treats is a piece of cake! 🎂 You can either swing by for a pick-up or opt for delivery (a small fee applies based on your location). We'll keep you in the loop about your order status so you can plan your sweet celebrations without a hitch! 🎉

What are my payment options?

Accepted Answer

Orders less than $100 MUST be paid for in full at the time of the request via PayPal, or Zelle(if applicable). This covers expenses for needed supplies, labor, design planning, and above all, secures your order. If you are unable to do this, please communicate this at the time in which you place your order.

Cash is also an acceptable form of payment if you are within the area.

Any orders of $150 or more (such as for larger events) require a non-refundable 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before pickup/delivery or depending on the pending orders on the calendar. PayPal and cash are accepted. No checks, please.

There may be no cancellations or refunds. Payments are final.

If you have a nut allergy, we use great caution to accommodate your needs, however, we occasionally do use nuts on our premises and recommend consumption only at your own risk. Allergies may limit our ability to use certain ingredients AND your design request. Be sure to inform us when placing your order!
